Medical Specialist (Arabic) – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a medical professional who is fluent in Arabic to help train large‑scale language models. As a freelance AI trainer you will work remotely, interacting with the model on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Engage the model in conversations about differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, and other medical topics.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of the model’s responses.
• Document failure modes and capture reproducible error traces.
• Provide feedback to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Required profile

• Medical background (clinical care, research, public health, biomedical education, or related fields).
• Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.
• Ability to articulate reasoning and decision processes explicitly (“show your work”).
