About the role

A specialised medical practice, recruited through WHM Recruitment Advisors, is looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Practice Receptionist and Administrator. The role covers the day-to-day reception and administrative work of the practice.

Key responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day reception and administrative functions of the practice
Assist patients with enquiries, bookings and medical aid authorisations
Coordinate patient appointments and treatment schedules in consultation with the clinical team
Provide general administrative and personal assistant support

Required profile

At least 2 years' experience in a medical or professional front-desk environment; previous experience in a medical setting is essential
Valid driver's licence and own transport
Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Required skills

High level of computer literacy
Proficiency in medical administration software
Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
