About the role
To manage and coordinate all engineering activities within the assigned plant section and ensure compliance with legal responsibilities. The position oversees engineering operations in a mining and plant environment.
Required profile
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Engineering
- Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Engineering (recommended)
- Certificate: GCC (Mines and Works)
- Post‑graduate qualification (MBA, MBL, MDP or ARM Management/Leadership equivalent) (recommended)
- Minimum five (5) years of operational engineering and production experience in a mining and plant environment
- Minimum two (2) years of operational management experience with GCC in a plant area (total of 8 years’ experience)
