About the role
Urgently seeking a Gas Cutter around the Durban area to support metal fabrication projects at South Gate Industrial Park.
Key responsibilities
- Operate gas cutting equipment to cut and shape metal materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Prepare workpieces by cleaning and clamping them.
- Maintain and perform routine checks on gas cutting equipment.
- Monitor cutting processes to ensure quality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a gas cutter or in a similar role.
- Certification in gas cutting or a relevant trade.
- Strong attention to detail for precise cutting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
