Marketing Services Analyst – Digital Execution

About the role

The Marketing Services Analyst will support priority clients and internal stakeholders in South Africa by executing and optimizing digital‑led marketing initiatives. The role focuses on hands‑on delivery, performance tracking, and post‑campaign analysis to ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution of client marketing initiatives, from brief development through go‑live and post‑campaign reporting.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, approvals and deliverables across internal teams and external agencies.
• Execute digital‑first campaigns across social media, display, paid media, content and owned platforms, managing content calendars and publishing.
• Track and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain communication between clients, partners and vendors to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery.
• Prepare client updates, reports and execution reviews, and contribute to post‑campaign analysis and KPI measurement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to support end‑to‑end marketing execution for priority clients.
• Strong coordination skills to manage timelines, assets and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring digital campaign performance and delivering actionable insights.
• Effective communication with agencies, vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate implementation.
