Marketing Manager – Roodepoort

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead internal marketing and communication initiatives that reinforce K&L Group’s mission, values and performance across all divisions. This role translates complex engineering projects into clear, engaging narratives that boost employee motivation, corporate culture and client confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal marketing strategies, including newsletters, bulletins and digital content.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather project information and create accessible internal communications.
• Manage internal communication platforms such as notice boards, internal social channels and staff emailers.
• Ensure consistent corporate branding across all internal and external materials and maintain corporate templates.
• Work with HR and leadership to communicate the employer brand and company values.
• Create an annual marketing plan aligned with corporate strategy and track its effectiveness.
• Produce content for internal campaigns – articles, posters, videos and infographics.
• Report on campaign performance and employee engagement metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal marketing, corporate communications or brand management.
• Strong ability to simplify technical information for a non‑technical audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.
