Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the local market, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and brand values. This role acts as the primary liaison for all marketing, events, visual merchandising and training activities with clients and the regional office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and implement the annual marketing plan, coordinating with all departments and retailers.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and sales performance; produce regular quantitative and qualitative reports for senior management.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast sales, and recommend actions to optimise sell‑out and profitability.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing tools and insights to support their marketing initiatives.
• Oversee visual merchandising, media & PR, and training programmes to ensure brand consistency.
• Consolidate local performance data and present executive summaries to the regional office.
• Support human resource decisions related to the marketing team, including hiring and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive projects to completion.
