Marketing Coordinator – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to own the online presence of Phillips Butterworth and its portfolio of brands. Based permanently in South Africa, you will work remotely, collaborating across UK, Asia and Australia time zones to drive content, social and personal branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and rotate eight active LinkedIn job slots, ensuring each posting remains current and effective.
• Run social media channels for each brand using a rolling content calendar.
• Upload new job listings weekly across all brand websites.
• Produce on‑brand articles, maintaining consistent colour, tone and imagery.
• Design and build HTML newsletters, integrating articles, ads, job listings and salary surveys.
• Develop and enhance the personal LinkedIn presence of consultants and leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in marketing, content creation or brand management.
• Strong written English and a keen eye for design.
• Self‑directed and disciplined, able to thrive in a fully remote environment.
• Based permanently in South Africa and comfortable working across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• HTML newsletter design and implementation.
• WordPress or similar CMS proficiency.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook platforms.
