Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Lexdan Select is supporting an engineering and manufacturing company in the mining sector to hire a Marketing Coordinator based in Krugersdorp, Johannesburg. The role is fully office‑based and focuses on driving market growth, brand visibility and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Market and customer development – lead generation, segment key accounts and industries.
• Brand and reputation management.
• Digital marketing – create and manage digital and print content across platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM systems.
• Sales enablement – organise trade shows, prepare marketing bids and translate technical specifications into customer‑focused value propositions.
• Performance and analytics – track and report on marketing spend, leads, conversions and other key metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum of 4 years verifiable experience in marketing or a related role.

Required skills

• Graphic design proficiency.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

What we offer

• Full‑time, onsite position.
• Salary range R30 000 – R50 000 per month.
