Marketing Co-ordinator

About the role

A wholesale food supplier serving the hospitality industry, recruited through Joblink Placement, is looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator based in Montague Gardens. The role supports the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities and campaigns, keeping the brand consistent and communicating effectively across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage marketing calendars, deadlines and campaign timelines
• Coordinate content for social media, email marketing, websites and print materials
• Liaise with designers, printers, suppliers and external agencies
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Track campaign performance and compile basic marketing reports
• Assist with events, exhibitions and promotional activities
• Update and maintain customer databases and marketing records
• Support the Marketing Manager with administrative and operational tasks

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing or coordination role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Advantageous: design tools such as Canva or Adobe, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics and reporting
