Marketing Assistant

About the role

Oneplan Insurance is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support a fast‑moving marketing team within the insurance sector. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will gain exposure to campaign coordination, brand execution, internal communications and operational marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare, distribute and maintain marketing collateral, newsletters, ad books and internal communications.
• Manage branded assets, track inventory and coordinate dispatch and return of campaign materials.
• Maintain customer databases, mailing lists and support DNC/compliance updates.
• Support internal employee engagement activities, events and seasonal campaigns.
• Handle day‑to‑day marketing coordination tasks, ad‑hoc operational requests and courier arrangements.
• Coordinate condolence gift fulfilment processes for pet owners.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing support, coordination or junior marketing roles.
• Exposure to campaign coordination, brand administration and marketing operations.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and templates.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within a marketing career.
