Marketing Assistant (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team at iGlobal Forum. This permanent, fully‑remote role will support the planning, organization and execution of innovative event‑focused marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering event marketing campaigns to meet objectives.
• Contribute to marketing strategy development and produce post‑event reports with analysis and improvement suggestions.
• Execute multi‑channel marketing activities efficiently and within budget.
• Write and proof copy for websites, social media, emails and digital/printed collateral.
• Create design briefs and collaborate with the creative team.
• Build, send and monitor promotional emails using HubSpot, tracking open and click‑through rates.
• Maintain event websites and fulfill media partnership agreements.
• Support social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Provide general support to the Marketing team to ensure a great event experience for delegates and sponsors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience or willingness to use HubSpot for email marketing.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of SEO tactics.
