We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing function and shape the future of our brand. This senior leadership position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution of high‑impact marketing, communications, and business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing marketing team.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence business strategy and support growth across the group.
• Oversee brand management, digital campaigns, content creation, and event strategy.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and performance analytics to ensure ROI.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Several years of senior marketing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, branding and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is advantageous.
