Management & Leadership Instructor for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking experienced management educators to help shape AI systems that understand organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. In this remote, hourly contract you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated management scenarios, ensuring they reflect real‑world leadership challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training.
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision‑making frameworks in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI handling of managerial reasoning and trade‑offs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong foundational knowledge of organizational behavior and management theory.
• Skilled at critically evaluating decision‑making processes and analyzing trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing and assessing written scenarios, recommendations, and reasoning.
• Self‑directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
