Management Accountant

About the role

The incumbent will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and business performance analysis within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly management reporting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and financial performance analysis.
• Drive annual budgeting, business planning, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
• Partner with operational teams and Plant Controllers to improve profitability, strengthen cost controls, and optimise manufacturing performance.
• Review product costing, pricing, and operational expenditure to identify efficiency and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare Board Packs, quarterly business reviews, and management reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cost control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP experience, SAP advantageous, and advanced analytical and Excel skills.
