L'Oréal Paris Zone Marketing Internship – Africa

About the role

This 12‑month internship supports the L'Oréal Paris Africa Zone team in shaping brand strategy and executing marketing programmes across multiple African markets. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving FMCG environment while working closely with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and rolling out 360° marketing plans (digital, retail, ATL/BTL) for zone markets.
• Analyse consumer and market insights to inform campaign concepts and product launches.
• Coordinate project execution with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital and Trade Marketing teams.
• Prepare presentations, reports and business reviews for zone and market leadership.
• Track campaign performance, consolidate learnings and support competitive/category analysis.
• Provide administrative and project support to the zone marketing team.

Required profile

• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in beauty, FMCG or brand management.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Team player with cross‑cultural sensitivity; exposure to multi‑market African environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional African language or French skills are advantageous.
