Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead our inbound and outbound logistics functions. The role is responsible for ensuring goods move reliably and cost‑effectively from suppliers and contract manufacturers to our customers while meeting agreed KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve logistics processes within the Operations department.
• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics coordinators and manage the company fleet.
• Oversee all inbound freight (international and local), negotiate and monitor freight rates, service levels and shipment visibility.
• Structure optimal supply chains, manage relationships with freight forwarders, buying agents and contract manufacturers.
• Handle end‑to‑end shipping: booking air, sea, road and courier freight, container space optimisation and customs clearance.
• Maintain purchase order accuracy, monitor production updates and ensure timely delivery against catalogue deadlines.
• Manage outbound and cross‑border logistics, including recruitment of outbound logistics coordinator.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing both inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Strong ability to hold service providers accountable to agreed rates and KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimisation.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents and buying agents.
