Logistics Clerk

About the role

The Logistics Clerk will support the International Sourcing team by ensuring that all import shipments are accurately documented, processed and tracked throughout the inbound supply chain. This position blends financial administration with day‑to‑day logistics operations, requiring a high degree of accuracy and the ability to handle large volumes of data.

Key responsibilities

• Document, process and monitor import shipments from arrival to final delivery.
• Perform financial administration tasks related to inbound logistics, such as invoice verification and cost allocation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in logistics systems and ensure compliance with import regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise shipment flow.
• Manage high‑volume transaction processing while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage high volumes of logistical and financial data.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with external partners and internal teams.
• Experience or interest in supporting an international sourcing function.
