Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator you will provide a coordination service to the Asset Management Team and O&M regarding procurement and logistics, ensuring information flow and timely delivery of goods. The role offers the chance to learn in a fast‑moving international business and build experience in the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the operating system throughout the structuring and execution phase of project support, including pricing for services, material and equipment.
• Visit ports with EPC partners and liaise with customs agents in foreign countries.
• Obtain quotes and lead times, present them to the Line Manager and prepare contracts or purchase orders.
• Prepare and distribute RFPs, assist with bid evaluation and provide recommendations.
• Identify logistic risks during delivery and communicate them promptly to stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, material handover sheets, shipping registers and delivery trackers.
• Manage all customs‑related documents with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Organise electronic filing and keep procurement registers up to date in the document management system.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with 5 years in procurement operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills with internal colleagues and external vendors.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, planners and other departments to monitor shipping registers and ensure just‑in‑time delivery, communicating any delays or cost overruns.
• Detail‑oriented with knowledge of compliance and administration requirements for records and system documentation.
