Level 1 Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer to provide high‑quality remote support to our customers and internal teams. You will work on UK business hours from a hybrid setting, helping to resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Provide remote assistance via VPN or RDP and on‑site support when required.
• Configure devices for Azure AD, MFA and Office 365 environments.
• Respond promptly to support tickets, maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Install and configure operating systems, antivirus solutions and productivity tools.
• Set up SharePoint and OneDrive sync and ensure proper integration with company systems.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and generate performance reports as needed.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance technical support services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑facing technical support or help‑desk role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
