About the role

Jellyfish is seeking a Learning Director to design and maintain a scalable learning delivery architecture that supports onboarding, readiness, and continuous development across its global digital marketing services. The role focuses on organizing learning content into clear, discoverable pathways aligned with roles, services, and proficiency levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the end‑to‑end learning delivery architecture, ensuring it can scale with growing content volumes.
• Define and enforce standards for content structure, tagging, metadata, and storage to guarantee consistent discoverability and reuse.
• Establish and govern a single source of truth for learning content, reducing duplication and improving maintenance efficiency.
• Separate learning content from reference material to accelerate onboarding and lower cognitive load.
• Translate learning intent and design requirements into scalable content pathways that support role‑ and task‑specific learning in the flow of work.
• Partner closely with Learning Designers and Learning Technology Specialists to implement standards and ensure content is usable and effective.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing learning architectures or large‑scale training ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of metadata, tagging, and content governance principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to align learning solutions with business priorities.
