- Manage and mentor recruitment team members and community ambassadors, and support online and offline campaigns such as school presentations, community events and workshops.
- Work with the Partnerships Manager to build relationships with schools, universities and youth organizations and strengthen ALX's presence in the youth ecosystem.
- Track recruitment performance against targets, analyze engagement metrics and report actionable insights.

- 5+ years in recruitment, admissions, growth or related roles, ideally in education, youth development or mission-driven organizations.
- Proven experience managing recruitment funnels and achieving enrollment or conversion targets.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; preferably excellent public speaking skills.
Required skills
- Hands-on experience writing, reviewing and optimizing campaign content and copy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into campaign improvements.
- Preferably: background in education access, youth development or training programs; experience building school, university or community partnerships; familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and campaign analytics tools; experience in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.
