Lead Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, inspiring leader to drive the creation, prototyping and continuous evolution of digital products and experiences for Elevating Art’s clients. The role blends strategic thinking with a deep commitment to design excellence and collaborative teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to define project needs and keep work moving forward.
• Establish design standards, ship high‑quality work, create guidelines and codify best practices.
• Concept, iterate, prototype and test to deliver strategic, elegant and simple design solutions.
• Distill complex systems into inventive, experimental solutions.
• Ground designs in a deep understanding of the client and push strategic insights to expand creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams that ship high‑impact digital products, experiences and content.
• Track record of managing, training and mentoring design teams with clear, actionable direction.
• Strong collaboration experience with cross‑disciplinary partners and leaders.
• Ability to unblock difficult problems and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills that communicate process, approach and impact.
