About the role
A client of Remote Choice is looking for a Lead Generator to join its high-performing team, working remotely from Cape Town. The client helps UK businesses reduce their energy and water spend, and the role is the first point of contact in that journey. It is a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK businesses introducing energy and water-saving solutions
- Identify decision-makers, uncover pain points and qualify needs through targeted questioning
- Build trust and rapport with new prospects
- Keep up with trends, competitor moves and UK regulatory shifts to give timely advice
- Track performance through KPIs, 121s and conversion reporting
- Ensure all calls meet UK compliance standards
Required profile
- Location: Cape Town (remote team)
- B2B sales experience; previous cold calling or lead generation experience is a big plus
- Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly and confidently
- Resilient, target-driven and customer-focused
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRMs and MS Office
- Quick to learn new systems
