Key Accounts Sales Manager of MEA

About the role

As a Key Accounts Sales Manager for the MEA region, you will be a pivotal member of Sungrow Hydrogen’s sales organization, driving revenue, margin and receivable targets while building long‑term partnerships with utilities, developers, EPCs and O&M customers across the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue, margin and account receivable goals.
• Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring lasting partnerships.
• Engage with utilities, owners, developers, EPC and O&M customers to expand business.
• Develop product marketing strategies and secure strategic partnerships.
• Close deals, meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Visit key customers regularly and coordinate large‑scale hydrogen projects with leading contractors.
• Enhance brand visibility through trade shows and public events.
• Gather market intelligence on trends, standards and competitors.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and communicate requirements to headquarters.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of direct sales in PV and wind energy.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy industry in MENA/Africa and its business culture.
• Established network with key players in the renewable energy sector (preferred).
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships quickly (preferred).
• Professional experience handling international business.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Effective public speaking abilities.
