Key Accounts Manager

About the role

SecureOne is looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to expand its presence in the cargo security market. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing key accounts, and delivering high‑value contracts within the logistics and security sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in cargo security.
• Maintain and grow assigned key accounts through regular reviews and performance meetings.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and operations, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
• Spot upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and networking functions.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Security).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key‑account management and new‑business development within cargo, logistics, transport or security.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s licence, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
