About the role

Spiralyze, a data‑driven A/B testing company, is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growing recruitment needs. This remote position is based in Cape Town and offers the chance to work with leading brands while developing core recruiting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified talent.
• Conduct interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Scout talent on platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes.

• Professional presentation skills to promote the company.
• Quick learner who can clearly explain Spiralyze’s services and roles.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing resumes and communications.
• Organized ability to manage multiple candidates and interview stages.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
