Junior Supply Chain Analyst (Central Replenishment)

About the role

Clicks Group is hiring a Junior Supply Chain Analyst (Central Replenishment) in Cape Town. The role analyses replenishment, inventory and availability data, identifies stock-related trends, risks and exceptions, and provides insights that support stock flow decisions and improve product availability across the Clicks store network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse SKU, store and distribution centre availability, stock movements and replenishment trends
• Monitor replenishment performance and execute approved replenishment interventions
• Analyse replenishment parameters such as safety stock, lead times and pick schedules
• Monitor distribution centre capacity, stock flow and fulfilment trends and investigate variances
• Identify opportunities for stock redistribution to improve stock productivity
• Analyse store trading patterns, customer buying behaviour and seasonal demand trends
• Maintain replenishment parameters for new store openings

Required profile

• Diploma or degree; entry-level position
• Understanding of replenishment and inventory management principles
• Understanding of supply chain planning processes and distribution centre operations
• Knowledge of data analysis principles and the ability to identify trends, issues and exceptions
• Understanding of retail trading patterns and factors that influence customer demand
