Junior Social Media Marketing Manager & Designer

About the role

HoloGrowth, an eCommerce growth agency, is looking for a Junior Social Media Marketing Manager & Designer to create and optimise paid‑social content for eCommerce brands. You will work remotely, collaborate with media buyers and senior mentors, and help scale client revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and design static and video content for paid ads.
• Design ad creatives and social assets tailored to eCommerce brands.
• Analyse performance data to generate data‑driven creative ideas.
• Track results, extract insights and iterate on creative assets.
• Support campaign and ad launches within Meta Ads Manager.
• Partner closely with media buyers and creative strategists to turn strategy into high‑performing content.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in social media management or content design (internship, freelance or previous role).
• Proficiency with at least one design tool such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut or Premiere.
• Comfortable navigating Meta Ads Manager and understanding basic paid‑ads mechanics.
• Solid marketing fundamentals acquired through study or self‑learning.
• Fluent English (B2+), written and spoken.
• Self‑directed, organised and able to own tasks.
• Fast‑learning, figure‑it‑out attitude.
