Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, providing a positive and engaging store experience.
• Influence buying decisions through product knowledge and friendly interaction.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Support stock replenishment and keep the shop floor fully stocked.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company standards.
• Help with merchandising according to management guidance.
• Participate in loss‑prevention and follow security procedures.
• Handle returns and exchanges professionally.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good punctuality, time‑management and a team‑player mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
• Basic technical aptitude for POS and mobile devices.
