About the role
We are looking for a reliable General Assistant to support the daily operations of our BUCO retail unit in Potchefstroom. The role involves interacting with customers, handling vehicle loading and unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe environment while adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with their orders and assist with enquiries.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Pack and organise stock items in the yard.
- Clean, safeguard and perform wash‑bay activities for vehicles.
- Support suppliers and customers with timely assistance.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive culture.
Required profile
- Completed Grade 12 education.
- Basic product knowledge relevant to the retail unit.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work in various areas of the business as needed.
