Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of projects in a complex engineering and defence environment. Reporting to a senior project manager, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle while working with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project governance structures and align stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
• Manage project scope, requirements and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor performance against schedule, cost, quality and technical baselines.
• Coordinate resources, track risks and issues, and support risk mitigation activities.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Undergraduate engineering qualification or equivalent technical degree.
• 0–2 years of experience supporting project delivery in a technical environment.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
