Junior Paralegal

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Paralegal to join our Alternative Dispute Resolution team, focusing on credit rehabilitation and consumer credit disputes. The role involves supporting attorneys and clients in resolving credit‑related matters efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve credit‑related disputes.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and dispute submissions.
• Liaise with credit bureaus, creditors, attorneys, and clients.
• Investigate cases and gather supporting documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding matters to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records and notes.
• Provide regular updates to clients on case progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Diploma in Law (essential).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective workload management and prioritisation.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional, organised, and client‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
