Junior Marketing Technology Executive

About the role

Punch! is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Technology Executive to join its fast‑moving MarTech team. You will work hands‑on in the engine room of our marketing stack, configuring tools, building campaigns and ensuring every digital touchpoint runs flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure the MarTech stack, including HubSpot (CRM & reporting), email and LinkedIn automation tools, dialling software, and Google Workspace.
• Complete the pre‑campaign technical testing checklist for 100% of new campaigns, covering email sends, calendar invites, CRM workflows and dialler setups.
• Create standardized campaign dashboards in HubSpot within 24 hours of launch using a consistent template.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time and raise any risks early to keep delivery schedules on track.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy individual who enjoys rolling up sleeves to make systems work.
• Some hands‑on exposure to marketing technology tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• Eager to grow a career in marketing technology within a B2B agency environment.
