Junior Foreman – Construction Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Foreman to join our construction team in Cape Town. The role involves supervising daily on‑site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site operations and manage site personnel.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and monitor compliance.
• Report progress and issues to project management.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years proven experience as a Foreman.
• Matric qualification.
• Residency in the Western Cape.
• Practical experience on commercial and residential construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of general construction processes and site operations.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and on‑site compliance.
