Junior Food Technologist – 4‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Supreme Processing is seeking a Junior Food Technologist on a four‑month fixed‑term contract to join its New Product Development (NPD) team. The role supports the pilot‑plant testing phase, ensuring that every sample meets internal specifications, customer expectations, and food‑safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate product batches in the pilot plant against defined specifications.
• Verify compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory food‑safety criteria.
• Document test results and release products for sensory and taste evaluation sessions.
• Assist in maintaining product integrity throughout the testing process.
• Support the preparation of regulatory documentation and compliance records.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a laboratory or pilot‑plant environment.
• Good understanding of food‑safety regulations and quality‑assurance principles.
