Junior Data Engineer – Cape Town (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join our on‑site team in Cape Town. You will help turn raw data into reliable, well‑structured information that powers dashboards, reports and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a central data warehouse.
• Collaborate with analysts to ensure data quality and availability.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Document data models and data flow diagrams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with data, databases or reporting projects.
• Strong SQL skills and a passion for working with data.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the data‑engineering discipline.
