About the role
Giftwrap is seeking a motivated Junior Customer Care Manager to join its Pretoria team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers across multiple channels, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and satisfaction is maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, quotes, returns and exchanges.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Friendly, patient and customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable, proactive and a team player.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience or knowledge of CRM systems.
