Full‑time Telemarketer – Call Centre Representative

About the role

SERR Synergy is expanding its LabourPro marketing call centre in Pretoria and seeks energetic full‑time Telemarketers. You will promote a suite of legal compliance solutions to businesses, engage decision‑makers through cold calls, and secure appointments for senior sales consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold‑calling campaigns targeting businesses that may need legal compliance services.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of SERR Synergy’s solutions and handle objections professionally.
• Generate qualified appointments and pass leads to the sales consulting team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets while adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and a friendly yet professional demeanor.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and/or English.
• Willingness to start as soon as possible.
