Telesales Management Trainee (Junior)

About the role

This position is a Telesales Management Trainee role for a specialised generator company operating in Lanseria, Gauteng and Brits. The trainee will rotate between the two offices, gaining hands‑on experience in inbound and outbound telesales, client communication and sales administration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound telesales calls to new and existing customers.
• Present generator products and solutions over the phone.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Capture and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain call records and support order processing.
• Participate in structured sales training and coaching.
• Support senior sales staff and supervisors as needed.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with Pure Mathematics (60‑69%) or Mathematics Literacy (75‑79%).
• Experience in cold calling, telesales or retail sales is highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Required skills

• CRM usage for client data management.
