Junior Commercial Claims Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Claims Consultant to join a leading short‑term insurance provider in Roodepoort. The role offers hands‑on experience handling both motor and non‑motor commercial claims in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end commercial motor and non‑motor claims.
• Liaise with brokers, assessors, service providers and clients to gather information and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage claim files within agreed service‑level agreements while delivering high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in short‑term commercial claims.
• Matric/FETC NQF 4 qualification in short‑term insurance (RE5).
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English at a first‑language level.
• Resident of Roodepoort or Krugersdorp.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of commercial motor and non‑motor claim processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Afrikaans and English.
