About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Coffee Shop Manager to lead daily operations at our coffee shop in Randburg. This entry‑level management position offers the chance to develop leadership skills in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth start‑up and shutdown.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy.
- Supervise back‑of‑house operations, including kitchen workflow and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain financial records and monitor daily sales performance.
Required profile
- At least three years of experience in restaurant or coffee shop management.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
