Junior Coffee Shop Manager (Randburg)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Coffee Shop Manager to lead our Randburg coffee shop. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring the shop is ready for service.
• Control stock levels, order supplies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Supervise back‑of‑house operations, including kitchen workflow and food preparation.
• Lead and motivate the team, handling scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with company policies.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in restaurant or coffee shop management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ambitious, with a solid work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
