About the role
This Junior Accountant position offers hands‑on exposure to finance operations, administration, reporting and business support within a fast‑paced lending environment. You will work closely with senior finance leaders while taking ownership of day‑to‑day financial tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily finance and administration functions
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records
- Support debtors, collections and loan administration processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Liaise with shared services and operational teams
- Assist with reconciliations and financial tracking
- Support business development and operational initiatives
Required profile
- BCom Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to finance administration or operational finance
- Experience in lending or financial services is advantageous
