Junior Accountant – Entry Level Finance Position

About the role
This entry‑level position offers a recent graduate the chance to start a career in accounting within a leading professional services firm. You will work alongside experienced finance professionals, gaining hands‑on exposure to core accounting processes from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure accurate recording.
- Manage and maintain matter creditors.
- Capture and reconcile cash books.
- Assist with investments when required.
- Administer petty cash and support month‑end financial procedures.
- Maintain financial records and filing systems.
Required profile
- Completed BCom degree in Accounting.
- Recent graduate or entry‑level finance candidate.
- Exposure to accounting principles and financial administration is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with AJS accounting software (advantageous).
