About the role

The ITC Service Technician is responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining IT equipment and systems for clients, ensuring they meet specifications and operate safely.

Key responsibilities

Install and commission new equipment and systems, perform initial testing and adjustments.
Carry out repairs, replace faulty components, and provide on‑site and remote technical support.
Troubleshoot malfunctions, train client personnel, and maintain detailed service records.

Required profile

Diploma or A+ and N+ IT qualifications or similar.
At least 2 years of field service experience with IT software and hardware support.
Strong communication, customer service, and time‑management skills.
