IT Support Technician – Remote (R300k‑R370k)

About the role

Indiko Data, a UK‑based Managed Service Provider, is expanding its remote support team in South Africa. As an IT Support Technician you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering remote technical assistance across a variety of Microsoft and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support requests received via email, telephone and video calls.
• Perform initial investigation, troubleshooting and ticket triage.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers when necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service level agreements and maintain accurate ticket records.
• Participate in a rota‑based support schedule, including early, late and weekend shifts.

Required profile

• Professional experience in IT support, preferably within a Managed Service Provider.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and skill development.
