IT Support Specialist – FinTech (Online Trading)

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will ensure the stability, security and efficiency of our client’s technology environment within a fast‑paced online trading and financial services firm. This hands‑on role combines hardware, software and network support to keep traders and staff productive.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain VoIP systems such as 3CX and Asterisk.
• Administer and support CRM platforms, managing performance and access.
• Monitor and maintain firewalls (Fortinet, MikroTik) and overall network infrastructure.
• Maintain workstations, printers and other network‑connected devices.
• Handle software installations, upgrades and ensure optimal system performance.
• Document IT processes, configurations and incident resolutions; create user‑friendly guides.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple locations.

Required skills

• VoIP systems setup, maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g., 3CX, Asterisk).
• CRM platform administration (experience with Forex CRMs is a plus).
• Firewall and network configuration (Fortinet, MikroTik).
• Windows operating system support.
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
• Hardware support for workstations, printers and network devices.
