About the role
Linkage, a woman‑owned tech company, is seeking an experienced IT Program and Compliance Manager to grow its Cloud Practice and deliver assessments, training and enablement programmes for SMMEs.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee cloud business operations and projects from finance to compliance.
- Set up processes and governance to manage programs across functions.
- Design, develop, track and monitor projects to support sales and delivery objectives.
- Provide direction for information security in line with laws and regulations.
- Monitor program activities to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Implement Business Continuity Management Software for critical functions.
- Implement Security Management Software to centralise entitlement and data access control.
- Identify and manage privacy and data‑protection risks.
- Drive operational excellence to achieve ISO certification.
- Manage legal and data security matters and maintain a risk and compliance log.
- Financially manage cloud cost information and drive consumption‑based billing.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years experience as a Program and Compliance Manager in IT or information security.
- People‑management and team‑orientation with strong networking abilities.
- Conflict‑resolution and mediation skills.
- Ability to act decisively in crises with high organising and prioritising skills.
- Experience managing data security and cloud compliance risks.
- Strong financial, operations and commerce knowledge.
- Stakeholder‑engagement capability to define objectives and success factors.
- Understanding of governance, legal compliance and service delivery in technology.
- Passion for learning, development and guiding delivery of projects.
