IT Manager & AI Systems Innovation Lead

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking IT Manager who will also lead AI‑driven innovation across our hotel operations. The role combines traditional IT stewardship with the implementation of artificial‑intelligence tools to improve efficiency, guest experience and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all hotel IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi‑Fi, hardware and software.
• Oversee cybersecurity, backup, disaster‑recovery and data‑protection protocols.
• Administer hotel management systems (PMS), POS, booking platforms, VOIP, CCTV and access‑control integrations.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows, reporting and guest services.
• Develop smart dashboards and data‑driven insights for operational decision‑making.
• Provide technical support to staff and coordinate with external vendors.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with guest‑satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior IT role such as IT Manager or Systems Administrator.
• Strong background in networking, LAN/WAN, firewalls and server architecture.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management and incident response.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft 365, and enterprise system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools and automation technologies.
